python-dipy-lib software package provides toolbox for analysis of MR diffusion imaging data -- extensions, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-dipy-lib
python-dipy-lib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-dipy-lib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-dipy-lib *
You will get with python-dipy-lib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
